  • 1 T Soy Sauce
  • 1 T Sesame Oil
  • ⅓ C Mayo

  1. OVEN: Preheat oven to 425°F. Place seasoned waffle fries on a baking sheet in a single layer. Bake for 28-33 minutes, flipping halfway through to ensure maximum crispiness.

AIR FRYER: Preheat air fryer to 360°F. Fill basket with half the frozen potatoes. Cook 11-12 minutes. Slide out basket halfway through cooking time and shake.

  2. In the meantime, heat a skillet, add sliced white onion and let it sweat for 5-10 minutes. Add in the chopped kimchi, soy sauce and sesame oil. Mix and cook for another 10-15 minutes until mixture appears slightly browned and crispy.

  3. Make aioli by mixing mayo, gochujang and lime juice. Add salt and pepper to taste.

  4. Assemble fries by placing kimchi mixture over seasoned waffle fries and toppings. Finish with a drizzle of sauce and enjoy!
