Matcha Fries

Alexia House Cut Fries are dusted with matcha salt and served with a drizzle of white miso aioli, black sesame seeds and fresh scallions.

  • 1 Bag Alexia House Cut Fries With Sea Salt (28 oz)
  • 1 T White Miso Paste
  • ¼ C Mayonnaise
  • Juice of ½ Lemon
  • ¼ tsp Matcha Powder
  • ½ tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Black Sesame Seeds
  • 2 Scallions, chopped
  1. Preheat oven to 425 ̊ F.
  2. Place Alexia House Cut Fries With Sea Salt on a baking sheet in a single layer. Bake for 18-20 minutes, flipping halfway through to ensure maximum crispiness.
  3. Whisk miso paste, mayonnaise and lemon juice together in a bowl. Transfer to a squeeze bottle and set aside.
  4. Mix matcha powder and salt together in a small bowl. Sprinkle over fries and toss to combine. Transfer fries to a large plate, drizzle with miso aioli and sprinkle sesame seeds and scallions on top.
