Ingredients

  • 1 bag Alexia® Crispy Onion Rings (11 oz)
  • ½ lb Gyro Meat
  • ½ English Cucumber, diced
  • ½ Large Red Bell Pepper, diced
  • ¼ Medium Red Onion, diced
  • Tzatziki or Plain Greek Yogurt, for garnish

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F. 

  2. Arrange the onion rings in a single layer on a baking sheet. Bake frozen onion rings in the oven for 15-18 minutes, flipping onion rings halfway through to ensure maximum crispiness.

  3. Meanwhile, add gyro meat to a medium skillet and cook over medium-high heat until heated through.

  4. Remove onion rings from the oven. Top with gyro meat, veggies, feta cheese, and Tzatziki or Greek yogurt. Serve loaded onion rings immediately.
