Ingredients

  • 16 oz Alexia® Sweet Potato Puffs
  • 1 cup Cottage Cheese
  • 1-2 tbsp Maple Syrup
  • 1/2 tsp Cinnamon​
  • 1/2 tsp Vanilla Extract ​

Directions

  1. Combine cottage cheese, maple syrup, cinnamon, and vanilla extract in a food processor.​

  2. Blend until the mixture is completely smooth and creamy, scraping down the sides as needed.​

  3. Drizzle with sprinkle of cinnamon for garnish.​

  4. Prepare Alexia® Sweet Potato Puffs according to package instructions.​

  5. Serve Puffs with dip and any fruits desired.
