Ingredients
- 16 oz Alexia® Crispy Seasoned Potato Puffs with Roasted Garlic & Cracked Black Pepper
- 8 oz Feta Cheese
- 1 cup Plain Whole Milk Yogurt
- 1 tbsp Calabrian Chili Paste
- 1 clove Garlic
- 1 oz Pickled Onions
- 1 tbsp Mint, chopped
- 1 tbsp Fresh Dill, chopped
- ½ tbsp Fresh Basil, chopped
- ½ tsp Salt
- Olive oil (for thinning or drizzling)
Directions

In a food processor, combine the feta cheese and garlic clove. Pulse a few times to finely chop.

Add the Calabrian chili paste and yogurt to the food processor.

Blend until the mixture is smooth and creamy. You may need to add a bit more yogurt or olive oil to reach your
desired consistency. -
Stir in the finely chopped mint, dill, and salt.

Prepare Alexia® Crispy Seasoned Potato Puffs according to instructions on package.

Spread dip on plate and top with cooked Puffs; garnish with pickled onion and basil.
