Creamy whipped feta blended with Calabrian chili paste, fresh herbs, and tangy yogurt creates a vibrant dip that perfectly complements the bold flavors of Alexia® Crispy Seasoned Potato Puffs.

Ingredients

  • 16 oz Alexia® Crispy Seasoned Potato Puffs with Roasted Garlic & Cracked Black Pepper​
  • 8 oz Feta Cheese
  • 1 cup Plain Whole Milk Yogurt ​
  • 1 tbsp Calabrian Chili Paste ​
  • 1 clove Garlic
  • 1 oz Pickled Onions ​
  • 1 tbsp Mint, chopped ​
  • 1 tbsp Fresh Dill, chopped​
  • ½ tbsp Fresh Basil, chopped ​
  • ½ tsp Salt ​
  • Olive oil (for thinning or drizzling) ​

Directions

  1. In a food processor, combine the feta cheese and garlic clove. Pulse a few times to finely chop.​

  2. Add the Calabrian chili paste and yogurt to the food processor.​

  3. Blend until the mixture is smooth and creamy. You may need to add a bit more yogurt or olive oil to reach your
    desired consistency.​

  4. Stir in the finely chopped mint, dill, and salt.​

  5. Prepare Alexia® Crispy Seasoned Potato Puffs according to instructions on package.​

  6. Spread dip on plate and top with cooked Puffs; garnish with pickled onion and basil.
