35min. Total Time

  • 1 Bag Alexia Crispy Rosemary Fries (16 oz)
  • ½ C Granulated Sugar
  • ½ C Water
  • 2 T Fresh Rosemary, cut into small pieces, stems removed (1 T spread, 1 T garnish)
  • 2 tsp Hot Sauce
  • Kosher Salt
  • ½ C Goat Cheese
  • 2 T Milk or Heavy Cream
  • ¼ C Dried Cranberries
  • ¼ C Toasted Walnuts, cut into small pieces
  • Fresh Rosemary, cut into small pieces, stems removed
  1. Preheat oven to 425 ̊ F.
  2. Place Crispy Rosemary Fries on a baking sheet in a single layer. Bake for 18-20 minutes, flipping half way through to ensure maximum crispiness.
  3. While Fries are baking, make syrup and mixed goat cheese. In a small pot over medium heat, whisk together sugar, water, hot sauce & kosher salt. Cook this mixture for about 5 minutes or until it thickens and looks more like a syrup. Remove from heat and set aside.
  4. In a small mixing bowl, combine goat cheese and heavy cream, mixing together with a hand mixer until light and fluffy.
  5. Remove Fries from the oven and place in a large mixing bowl. Toss with dried cranberries and toasted walnut pieces.
  6. Drizzle Rosemary Syrup for a light coating on Fries. Set aside remaining syrup for dipping.
  7. Place on a large serving platter, garnish with additional fresh rosemary, and finish with a dollop of goat cheese in the center. Serve with remaining syrup on the side and let the snacking begin!
