Miso & Roasted Garlic Aioli

This easy Miso & Roasted Garlic Aioli pairs perfectly with your favorite Alexia® Crispy Seasoned Potato Puffs.

Ingredients

  • 4 Cloves Garlic, left whole with peels intact
  • ¾ C Mayonnaise
  • 2 T White Miso Paste
  • Juice of ½ Lemon
  • Pinch of Salt
  • Pinch of Black Pepper

To make Vegan, use Alexia Organic Yukon Select Puffs and swap in Vegan Mayonnaise in a 1:1 ratio.

Directions

  1. Heat oven to 350°F. Place cloves (skin-on) onto the baking sheet and toss with avocado oil. Roast for 30 minutes, or until softened.

  2. Remove skin from garlic and place in a food processor along with mayonnaise, miso paste, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Blend until you have smooth miso and roasted garlic aioli.

  3. Pair miso garlic sauce with Alexia® Crispy Seasoned Potato Puffs with Roasted Garlic and Cracked Black Pepper, prepared according to package instructions.
