  • 4 Cloves Garlic, left whole with peels intact
  • ¾ C Mayonnaise
  • 2 T White Miso Paste
  • Juice of ½ Lemon
  • Pinch of Salt
  • Pinch of Black Pepper
  1. Heat oven to 350°F. Place cloves (skin-on) onto the baking sheet and toss with avocado oil. Roast for 30 minutes, or until softened.

  2. Remove skin from garlic and place in a food processor along with mayonnaise, miso paste, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Blend until smooth.

  3. Pair with Alexia Crispy Seasoned Potato Puffs with Roasted Garlic and Cracked Black Pepper, prepared according to package instructions.
