Ingredients
- 2 20 oz Alexia® Waffle Cut Seasoned Fries with Sea Salt, Pepper, Onion & Garlic
- 2 20 oz Alexia® Sweet Potato Crinkle Cut Fries with Sea Salt & Black Pepper
- 2 20 oz Alexia® House Cut Fries
- Truffle Mayonnaise:
- 1 cup Mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp Truffle Oil
- 1 tbsp Lemon Juice
- ½ tsp Garlic Powder
- Salt to taste
- Chive Crème Fraîche:
- 1 cup Crème Fraîche
- 4 tbsp Fresh Chives, finely chopped
- 1 tsp Onion Powder
- Salt to taste
- Corn Chili Lime Salad:
- 1½ cups Corn (grilled, roasted, or canned)
- 1 tbsp Olive Oil
- Zest of 1 Lime
- Juice of 1 Lime
- 1-2 tbsp Chili Powder
- 3 Scallions, thinly sliced
- Salt to taste
- ½ cup Cilantro, chopped
- Roasted Tomato Herb Relish:
- 1½ cups Cherry Tomatoes
- 2 tbsp Olive Oil
- 2 cloves Garlic, smashed
- Salt and Black Pepper to taste
- Fresh Parsley and Basil, finely chopped

Truffle Mayonnaise:
Stir all ingredients in a small bowl until smooth. Chill until ready to serve. -
Chive Crème Fraîche:
Mix until smooth and creamy. -
Corn Chili Lime Salad:
Toss all ingredients together and adjust seasoning as needed. -
Roasted Tomato Herb Relish:
Roast tomatoes with olive oil, garlic, salt, and pepper at 400°F until soft and lightly caramelized. Blend in a small food processor or chop and fold in fresh herbs before serving.
