Ingredients

  • 2 20 oz Alexia® Waffle Cut Seasoned Fries with Sea Salt, Pepper, Onion & Garlic
  • 2 20 oz Alexia® Sweet Potato Crinkle Cut Fries with Sea Salt & Black Pepper
  • 2 20 oz Alexia® House Cut Fries
  •  
  • Truffle Mayonnaise:
  • 1 cup Mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp Truffle Oil
  • 1 tbsp Lemon Juice
  • ½ tsp Garlic Powder
  • Salt to taste
  •  
  • Chive Crème Fraîche:
  • 1 cup Crème Fraîche
  • 4 tbsp Fresh Chives, finely chopped
  • 1 tsp Onion Powder
  • Salt to taste

  • Corn Chili Lime Salad:
  • 1½ cups Corn (grilled, roasted, or canned)
  • 1 tbsp Olive Oil
  • Zest of 1 Lime
  • Juice of 1 Lime
  • 1-2 tbsp Chili Powder
  • 3 Scallions, thinly sliced
  • Salt to taste
  • ½ cup Cilantro, chopped
  •  
  • Roasted Tomato Herb Relish:
  • 1½ cups Cherry Tomatoes
  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 2 cloves Garlic, smashed
  • Salt and Black Pepper to taste
  • Fresh Parsley and Basil, finely chopped

Directions

  1. Truffle Mayonnaise:
    Stir all ingredients in a small bowl until smooth. Chill until ready to serve.

  2. Chive Crème Fraîche:
    Mix until smooth and creamy.

  3. Corn Chili Lime Salad:
    Toss all ingredients together and adjust seasoning as needed.

  4. Roasted Tomato Herb Relish:
    Roast tomatoes with olive oil, garlic, salt, and pepper at 400°F until soft and lightly caramelized. Blend in a small food processor or chop and fold in fresh herbs before serving.
