Ingredients

  • 16 oz Alexia® House Cut Fries ​
  • 4 oz Crab Meat​
  • 1 tbsp Fresh Chives, chopped ​
  • ¼ cup Pickled Peppers​, chopped
  •  
  • For Aioli:
  • 8 oz Mayonnaise​
  • 2 Garlic Cloves, grated​
  • 2 dashes Worcestershire Sauce​
  • ½ tsp Dijon Mustard​
  • Juice of ½ Lemon​
  • 1 tsp Kosher Salt ​

Directions

  1. Prepare Alexia® House Cut Fries according to package instructions.

  2. In a small bowl, combine mayo, garlic cloves, Worcestershire, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, and kosher salt. Stir well and set aside while fries finish cooking. 

  3. To assemble, lay cooked fries in a bowl or on a platter. Top with crab meat, drizzle with garlic aioli, and sprinkle with fresh chopped chives and pickled peppers. Enjoy immediately.
