Ingredients

  • 1 Medium Shallot
  • 3 Cloves Garlic
  • 1 cup Fresh Parsley
  • 1 cup Fresh Cilantro
  • ¼ cup Fresh Oregano
  • ¾ cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • ¼ cup Red Wine Vinegar
  • 2 tbsp Lime Juice
  • ½ tsp Kosher Salt
  • ¼ tsp Black Pepper
  • ¼ tsp Red Pepper Flakes

Directions

  1. Combine all of the ingredients in a food processor or blender and pulse until smooth. Taste and adjust the chimichurri dip recipe by adding more seasonings as desired.

  2. Pair with Alexia® House Cut Fries, prepared according to package instructions.
