Ingredients
- 1 Medium Shallot
- 3 Cloves Garlic
- 1 cup Fresh Parsley
- 1 cup Fresh Cilantro
- ¼ cup Fresh Oregano
- ¾ cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- ¼ cup Red Wine Vinegar
- 2 tbsp Lime Juice
- ½ tsp Kosher Salt
- ¼ tsp Black Pepper
- ¼ tsp Red Pepper Flakes

Combine all of the ingredients in a food processor or blender and pulse until smooth. Taste and adjust the chimichurri dip recipe by adding more seasonings as desired.
