Ingredients
- 1 Bag Alexia Crispy Potato Puffs (19 oz)
- 1 Pint Cherry or Mini Tomatoes
- 1 Bundle Fresh Basil
- 1 8 oz Container Mozzarella Balls (mini mozzarella balls or cut into bite-size pieces)
- 3-4 tbsp Balsamic Gaze/Drizzle/Vinegar
- Salt & Pepper, to taste
- Oregano, to taste
- Skewers/Toothpicks, 6-inches in length
To make Vegan, swap in Vegan Mozzarella Cheese in a 1:1 ratio.

Prepare the potatoes according to package instructions.

Meanwhile, mix mozzarella balls with olive oil, salt, pepper and oregano in a bowl. Marinate for 30+ minutes.

Using toothpicks or skewers, puncture and add in tomatoes, basil, mozzarella balls and tots. Drizzle with balsamic glaze or balsamic vinegar and serve.
To make Vegan, swap in Vegan Mozzarella Cheese in a 1:1 ratio.
