Sweet Potato S'mores Bites

Warmed chocolate squares, toasted marshmallows and graham cracker crumbs are layered on top of individual Alexia Waffle Cut Sweet Potato Seasoned Fries for a creative bite-sized dessert.

  • 1 Bag Alexia Waffle Cut Sweet Potato Seasoned Fries (20 oz)
  • 18 Chocolate Squares
  • 18 Marshmallows
  • ¼ C Graham Cracker Crumbs
  • 2 T Butter, melted
  • 1 T Sugar
  1. Preheat oven to 425 ̊ F. 

  2. Place Alexia Waffle Cut Sweet Potato Seasoned Fries on a baking sheet in a single layer. Bake for 25-28 minutes, flipping halfway through to ensure maximum crispiness. Remove from heat and set oven to a low broil.

  3. Place one chocolate square and one marshmallow on top of each Waffle Cut Fry and return baking sheet to the upper third part of the oven, leaving the oven door slightly ajar and keeping a very close watch on the marshmallows to ensure that they do not burn. 

  4. Broil for approximately 1 minute, until chocolate has softened and marshmallows have toasted slightly. Remove from oven. If a more browned marshmallow is desired, carefully toast marshmallows with a culinary blowtorch.

  5. Combine graham cracker crumbs, melted butter and sugar in a small bowl. Sprinkle evenly over waffle fries. Transfer to a serving platter.
