Ingredients

  • 1 bag Alexia® House Cut Fries (28 oz)
  • Sugar Snap Peas
  • 2 balls of Burrata Cheese (each 4 oz)
  • Olive Oil, for finishing
  • Black Pepper, ground or crushed

Directions

  1. Prepare House Cut Fries according to package instructions.

  2. Break open burrata cheese balls. Place on top of fries in large pieces.

  3. Dress fries with sugar snap peas, cutting some open but leaving others whole.

  4. Add a drizzle of olive oil over fries, burrata, and peas.

  5. Sprinkle with black pepper to taste. Serve immediately.
