Salmon Tikka
This Indian fusion-inspired Salmon Tikka recipe meal takes your taste buds on a delightful journey when paired with our Spice of Life™ Indian Curry potatoes.
Ingredients
- 1 bag Alexia® Spice of Life™ Indian Curry (16 oz)
- 20 oz Salmon, remove skin
- ⅓ cup Plain Whole-Milk Greek Yogurt
- 2 tbsp Olive Oil
- 1½ tbsp Lemon or Lime Juice
- 3 Garlic Cloves, minced
- 1 tsp Paprika or Kashmiri Chili Powder
- 1 tsp Coriander Powder
- 1 tsp Cumin Powder
- ½ tsp Black Pepper
- ½ tsp Red Chili Powder or Cayenne
- ¾ tsp Fine Sea Salt
- 2 tbsp Parsley or Cilantro leaves, minced, plus more for garnish
- Red Onion Rings, sliced thin for garnish
- Lemon Wedges, garnish

Prepare the potatoes according to package instructions.

Cut salmon into 1” thick long pieces and set aside.

Place all the ingredients except the salmon in a medium bowl and whisk to combine. Add salmon and toss to coat. Marinate for at least 10 minutes, up to an hour.

Preheat oven broiler to high (550°F / 289°C) for 10 minutes. Place the salmon on a lined baking sheet 1” apart. Brush the excess marinade over the salmon pieces.

Place the baking sheet 8 to 10 inches from the top of the oven and broil for 7 to 8 minutes, until golden brown and slightly charred on top (internal temperature 145°F). Rotate pan midway for even browning.

Serve with Indian curry potatoes; garnish Salmon Tikka with more parsley/cilantro, sliced red onions, lemon wedges, and a choice of sides (optional).
