- 1 bag Alexia® House Cut Fries (28 oz)
- A drizzle of Honey
- Pink Peppercorns, coarsely ground
- Pistachios, shelled and chopped
- Whipped Feta:
- 8 oz Feta Cheese
- ½ cup Greek Yogurt
- 1 teaspoon Lemon Juice
- ⅛ teaspoon Salt
- 1 tablespoon Olive Oil

Prepare House Cut Fries according to package instructions.

As fries cook, prepare whipped feta. In a food processor, combine feta cheese, greek yogurt, lemon juice, salt, and olive oil. Blend until mixed but still thick. Refrigerate any leftovers.

After fries have cooled slightly, plate and add a generous drizzle of honey.

Sprinkle with pink peppercorn and chopped pistachios.
