- 16 oz Alexia® Crispy Seasoned Potato Puffs with Roasted Garlic & Cracked Black Pepper
- 2 English Cucumbers
- 4 Radishes
- 1 cup Plain Yogurt
- 1 tbsp Lemon Juice
- 2 Green Onions, sliced thinly
- 2 tbs Dill, finely chopped
- ¼ tsp Salt
- ¼ tsp Pepper
Directions

Slice the cucumbers and radishes thinly, preferably with a mandolin.

In a large bowl, combine the sliced cucumbers, radishes, chopped dill, and green onion.

In a separate bowl or jar, mix the yogurt, lemon, salt, and pepper. Adjust seasoning as desired.
