Organic Yukon Select Puffs
These delicious, crispy, bite-sized Alexia® potato puffs are made from certified organic Yukon select potatoes and are lightly seasoned to accentuate the extraordinary flavor that nature intended.
Available Sizes:

- Preheat air fryer to 360°F.
- Fill air fryer basket no more than half full.
- Cook full bag for 10-12 minutes; slide out basket and shake halfway through cooking time.
- Preheat oven to 425°F.
- Spread frozen potatoes evenly across an 11" x 17" baking sheet. Bake according to the chart below, turning potatoes over halfway through the baking time.
- Full Bag: 20-22 minutes
- Half Bag: 13-14 minutes
