Sauces and Condiments
Yogurt and Dill Dip
Total Time: 10 minutes
Makes 12 servings
Ingredients
- 1 lb. (1 pint) Low Fat Cottage Cheese
- ½ lb. (1 cup) Low Fat Plain Yogurt
- 1 cup Chopped Red and Green Peppers
- ¼ cup Chopped Fresh Dill
- 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
- ½ teaspoon Sea Salt
- ¼ teaspoon Freshly Ground Black Pepper
Preparation
- Whip cottage cheese until light and fluffy
- Add yogurt and blend well
- Add remaining ingredients and mix well
Serve with ALEXIA JULIENNE FRIES or ALEXIA OVEN CRINKLES. Cook potatoes according to the directions on the package.
