Yogurt and Dill Dip

Total Time: 10 minutes
Makes 12 servings

Ingredients

  • 1 lb. (1 pint) Low Fat Cottage Cheese
  • ½ lb. (1 cup) Low Fat Plain Yogurt
  • 1 cup Chopped Red and Green Peppers
  • ¼ cup Chopped Fresh Dill
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • ½ teaspoon Sea Salt
  • ¼ teaspoon Freshly Ground Black Pepper

Preparation

  1. Whip cottage cheese until light and fluffy
  2. Add yogurt and blend well
  3. Add remaining ingredients and mix well

Serve with ALEXIA JULIENNE FRIES or ALEXIA OVEN CRINKLES.  Cook potatoes according to the directions on the package.
