1 pound (1 pint) 1% low-fat cottage cheese
1 cup plain low-fat yogurt
1 cup finely chopped red and green bell peppers
1/4 cup chopped fresh dill weed
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon sea salt
1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
Place cottage cheese and yogurt in the bowl of a food processor and pulse until light and fluffy.
Place cottage cheese mixture in bowl. Add remaining ingredients and mix well.
Serve immediately with ALEXIA® OVEN FRIES or OVEN CRINKLES. Prepare potatoes according to package directions.
