1 tablespoon canola oil
1/4 cup finely chopped red onion
1 tablespoon curry powder
1 tablespoon cider vinegar
1 cup Hunt's® Tomato Ketchup

Preheat oven to 425°F. Prepare fries according to package directions.
Meanwhile, heat oil in saucepan over medium-high heat. Add onion; cook 3 to 5 minutes or until tender. Add curry powder; cook until fragrant. Add vinegar and ketchup. Cook 2 to 3 minutes more or until hot.
Divide fries evenly; serve each portion with 2 tablespoons Curry Ketchup.
Refrigerate remaining ketchup and serve as a condiment on burgers or hot dogs.
