1 tablespoon canola oil
2 cups thinly sliced sweet onion
1/4 teaspoon salt
3/4 cup beer
1-1/4 pounds ground round beef (85% lean)
2 tablespoons La Choy® Lite Soy Sauce
1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
4 slices Swiss cheese
8 teaspoons Gulden's® Spicy Brown Mustard
4 hamburger buns with sesame seeds, toasted

Heat oil in large skillet over medium-high heat. Add onion and salt; cook 5 minutes or until tender, stirring occasionally. Carefully add beer. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat, cover and simmer 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Remove lid and simmer 5 minutes more or until liquid has evaporated.
Meanwhile, combine beef, soy sauce and pepper in medium bowl. Shape mixture into 4 patties, about 1/2-inch thick. Heat another large skillet over medium-high heat. Add patties; cook 5 minutes on each side or until cooked through (160°F). Top each patty with 1 slice cheese; melt slightly. Remove from heat.
Spread 2 teaspoons mustard on bottom half of each bun. Top each with a patty and about 1/4 cup onion mixture. Close with tops of buns. Serve immediately.
Use any type of beer you have on hand for the onions in this recipe.
