(NEW YORK, NY - June 29, 2003) - ALEXIA Foods introduced three new Mashed Potato products today at the 2003 Summer International Fancy Food Show. The flavors are: YUKON GOLD - Creamy Mashed Potatoes with Sea Salt; COUNTRY REDS - Garlic Mashed Potatoes & Parmesan; NORTHWEST RUSSET - Jalapeño Mashed Potatoes & Cheddar. Beginning August 1, 2003 the three new Mashed Potatoes items will join ALEXIA’s existing line of eight premium all natural frozen potato products.

This new line of products continues a rapid pace of growth for the company which entered the market just fifteen months ago.
